How we look after your property

How we handle a job

You get a look at the roof, a plain explanation and a written estimate before work starts. Changes get discussed before they happen, including any decking that turns out to be bad once the old roof is off. When the work is done, we walk it with you.

What we will not do

We will not quote a price without seeing the roof, and we will not start work before you have a written price. Changes, such as rotten decking found under the old roof, get shown to you before they are fixed. If a job is not one we take on, we say so on the phone.
